Agencija Omnia Legis nudi sveobuhvatnu pravnu i administrativnu podršku u procesu regulisanja boravka i zapošljavanja stranih državljana u Republici Srbiji. Naš cilj je da klijentima obezbedimo brz, efikasan i pravno siguran proces, uz maksimalno smanjenje administrativnog opterećenja i rizika od neusaglašenosti sa zakonskom regulativom.

Naše usluge obuhvataju:

  • Pripremu i podnošenje zahteva za odobrenje privremenog boravka u svrhu zaposlenja, spajanja porodice, studiranja ili drugih osnova
  • Izdavanje jedinstvene dozvole za privremeni boravak i rad, koja omogućava strancu da legalno boravi i radi u Srbiji
  • Savetovanje i podršku u vezi sa vizama – uključujući:
  • Vizu za kraći boravak (Viza C) – za boravak do 90 dana u periodu od 180 dana;
  • Vizu za duži boravak (Viza D) – odobrenje za duži boravak u trajanju od 90 – 180 dana, kao osnov za podnošenje zahteva za privremeni boravak po dolasku u Srbiju.
  • Komunikaciju sa nadležnim institucijama (MUP, NSZ, konzularna predstavništva) i praćenje rokova i statusa zahteva
  • Pomoć pri izradi ugovora o radu i usklađivanje sa propisima o zapošljavanju stranaca

 


 

Residence and Employment of Foreigners

Omnia Legis Agency offers comprehensive legal and administrative support in the process of regulating the residence and employment of foreign nationals in the Republic of Serbia. Our goal is to provide clients with a fast, efficient, and legally secure process, while minimizing administrative burden and the risk of non-compliance with legal requirements.

Our services include:

  • Preparation and submission of applications for temporary residence permits for the purposes of employment, family reunification, studies, or other legal grounds
  • Obtaining a unified permit for temporary residence and work, allowing foreigners to legally reside and work in Serbia
  • Consulting and assistance regarding visa requirements, including:
  • Short-stay visa (Visa C) – for stays up to 90 days within a 180-day period;
  • Long-stay visa (Visa D) – authorization for an extended stay ranging from 90 to 180 days, serving as the basis for submitting a temporary residence application upon arrival in Serbia.
  • Communication with relevant authorities (Ministry of Interior, National Employment Service, consular offices) and monitoring of deadlines and application status
  • Assistance with drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with employment regulations for foreigners
